Terms of Service

By creating an account, booking a visit, or texting us back, you're agreeing to these terms. We do our best to take great care of your dog. You let us know about anything we should know (medical, behavioral, custodial). We can refuse service if a dog isn't a fit for our environment, and you can close your account anytime.

Allforthewag ("we," "us," or "AFTW") operates a dog daycare and boarding service in Jersey City, New Jersey. These Terms apply to your use of our website (allforthewag.com), our customer app (app.allforthewag.com), and our daycare, boarding, transport, and grooming services.

You agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you give us — including your contact info, your dog's medical records, and emergency contacts — is accurate and current.
• You are the rightful owner of the dog or have permission to make decisions about its care.
• You'll keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for any activity on your account.

When you book a visit through the app, you're reserving a spot. If you can't make it, please cancel through the app as soon as possible — our cancellation policy and any associated fees are listed in your service agreement and shown at the time of booking. No-shows may be subject to a charge so we can recover the cost of holding the spot.

We may decline or cancel a booking if a dog poses a safety risk to other dogs, to our staff, or to themselves. We'll always communicate this to you directly and refund any prepaid amounts that haven't been used.

All dogs must have current vaccinations on file before each visit (rabies at minimum; DHPP and bordetella as required). It's your responsibility to upload updated records when they expire. If a vaccine lapses, we can't book your dog until it's renewed.

You agree to tell us about any medical conditions, medications, or special care needs. In an emergency, you authorize us to seek veterinary care for your dog at your expense; we'll always try to reach you first.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings, packages, and services. We process payments through Stripe — your card information is handled securely and we never see or store your card numbers ourselves. If a payment fails, we may pause future bookings until the balance is settled.

By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive transactional SMS from Allforthewag related to your account and your dog's care: booking confirmations, day-of pickup reminders, vaccination expiration alerts, package renewal notices, payment receipts, and customer service replies.

We do not share or sell your mobile number to third parties for marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or HELP for assistance. Email opt-out links are included in every email we send. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may take photos of your dog during their visit and share these with you through the app. You grant us limited permission to use photos of your dog on our social media and marketing materials in a way that doesn't reveal personally identifying information about you. If you don't want photos of your dog used externally, message us and we'll respect that.

We take excellent care of every dog in our facility — but dogs are dogs, and group settings carry inherent risk. By using our services, you accept these everyday risks (minor scrapes, scuffles between play partners, occasional anxiety). We carry professional liability insurance and will tell you immediately of any incident involving your dog.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services you've paid for in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You can close your account at any time by messaging us. We'll process any refund owed under your service agreement, retain records as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes), and remove your active data within 30 days. We may close or suspend an account that violates these Terms.

We may update these Terms when our services change or when laws or regulations require it. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page. We'll notify active accounts by email when changes are material. Continued use after changes means you've accepted the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey.
